I would say very much appealing, since Morgan Stanley is one of the best investment banks to work for, with the work being intellectually stimulating, intense and would lend you a good insight into the world of finance and investment banking. I, myself thoroughly enjoyed what I did as I live and breathe mathematics, numbers and data analysis which is what I mostly did during my tenure there. I am also happy to state that I have also accepted the offer for coming back as a graduate in their Operations division in Glasgow.
The Culture
Pretty standard. I used to work in their Glasgow office which is a relatively cheaper city to live in in terms of cost of living anyway. In terms of socialising Glasgow is a very lively place with plenty of options to choose from.
It was always buzzing,Glasgow is probably one of the busisest cities in terms of nightlife and there's something or the other always going on,not to mentionthe amount of choices in terms of clubs you have.
There were networking opportunities, social activities, awareness and charitable campaigns, volunteering which everyone could get involved with.
