  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Each intern is assigned a mentor, a connector, and a manager for each department they join.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Varying by day but fairly busy. The internship is split between analytics and sales. In sales interns plan their own day and these can get quite busy. In analytics the days are planned for you.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was left to work on real projects that involved contacting clients and trusted to do this without continued supervision. I also had the opportunity to lead internal projects.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I would say Bloomberg is the ultimate place to develop an understanding of the financial industry as Bloomberg's clients include people across the industry.
