The Role
I enjoyed it very much, overall the experience was above expectations.
My colleagues try their best to make each intern feel valued and included, even if the work they are contributing is only minor.
As long as you are willing to ask for help, everybody is happy to do so. All kinds of support systems were offered to us from the start.
Very busy, but it was a good level so that it was challenging but still manageable to do a good job.
Quite a lot. Although everybody double checks your work, you are given a good amount of ownership and feel like you can think for yourself and add some value.
In terms of soft skills, I think the internship was extremely helpful. I now feel like I can behave much more comfortably in a professional environment and know how to think through tasks in a structured way.
The Company
I really enjoyed the culture, everybody got along very well and people interact in a respectful way.
Very organized, there was not a single moment where I did not know what I should be doing or find out what I should do. Expectations were also clearly set.
Very much, with the initial training and later each colleague being willing to walk you through anything you do not understand, it almost felt like you were a full-time employee.

Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, only that you realize how much of a work/life balance trade off there is.
The Culture
Depending on the team, there often were organized drinks or social events.
London is extremely expensive and the closer into the city you want to live (office) the more expensive it gets.
London is a great city for going out and meeting many young people.
A few drinks were organized and a community team work event.
