  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Kantar is a great place to start your career, with a wide range of industries and categories to work in - from Fashion to Fish.

    • I felt very valued by colleagues, not once during the year did I feel like a placement student.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • I had multiple managers throughout the year, some were more supportive than others, but on reflection, it really is up to you to ask for help. When you do, the support is definitely there.

    • very, very busy (if you volunteer for everything)

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I had my own clients (with contracts worth roughly 1/2m), weekly client onsites, presentations to CEOs and board members and sold projects.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • We're going to find out this year if my degree will benefit.. I'm definitely glad I did this placement and I'm sure it will pay off

    • there's always a social or some kinda activity going on

    • Very well. There could have been more support earlier on, but it picked up after a few months.

    • They were always happy to say yes to any additional things I wanted to do.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Yeah there was 12 of us that used to go out atleast monthly.

    • It's hanger lane, there's NOTHING around here. Make sure you consider that before joining.

    • pretty much one a week, plus all the normal sports clubs
