The Role
First it was an extremely intellectually stimulating experience. Second, the people around me were extremely motivating and inspiring. Third, I could see the work I was doing making a difference.
Without a doubt, I felt like a valued member of the team with real responsibilities.
This place is unique in allowing you to push past your comfort zone while being supported all the way.
The days can get quite busy and will test your ability to manage time and be efficient.
I was given a lot of responsibility, within reason, when adding value to the team. I found this internship incredibly rewarding for this very reason.
By far the best learning experience of my life. The training is second to none. The skills you develop will serve you for life and your mindset will expand through problem solving, critical thinking and teamwork.
The Company
The atmosphere is a perfect combination of professionalism, open-mindedness and friendliness.
The internship program is incredibly well organised. By far the best out of all my internships.
The firm is extremely open-minded and supportive of everyone. You are given opportunities that you may not have otherwise.
The firm is filled with lots of very smart people so you never know!
The Culture
Our group got on very well together from day 1.
