I would say that the support and guidance I have received throughout the year has been good. The management have also been on hand to help me if I have had any questions which has been reassuring.

During my placement year I was given lots of responsibility which made the placement enjoyable. It has made me confident in my abilities as the team have believed in me. From my experience at ProspectSoft I would say that if you work hard and are prepared to learn, the company are more then happy to give you responsibilities.
