The Role
I got a great collaborative environment and a lot support. I got to visit Bletchley Park and the firm's data centre which was very cool.
Very much. My opinions were sorted and heard which was really nice. I felt core to the team.
I had weekly meetings with my supervisor to check in. My supervisor and project head were always ready to help out and guide me. This was really cool as well.
I was fairly busy but not overwhelmed. I had time to have catch-ups with other people around the firm.
I was put on a metric project which my team needed to make crucial decisions.
I got to learn how to use Jupyter this was new and very insightful. It was a good skill gain!
The Company
Laid back and friendly. I did not have to wear a suit to the office every day.
Pretty well! We had multiple talk sessions, mentoring group sessions, and deep dives to learn new skills. These were all well cordinated.
We have access to Udemy and pluralsight courses for free. We had training sessions. These engagements proved to be very helpful in personal training and self development.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely comeback full time for a job offer when offered.
The Culture
Yes. There were multiple chances to engage and interact with fellow interns. We had events inside and outside the office.
London is relatively an expensive place to live - both accommodation and food.
The city of London doesn't sleep - more or less. There always some activity happening all around you
Yes there were many. There were a number of activities organized by the firm and fellow interns outside work. Drinks, games and other social events
