The Role
Very dynamic learning environment and interesting system with the two rotations. Exceptional people to work with!
Heavily depends on the people you are working with, but generally a very good collaborative atmosphere
Heavily depends on the people you are working with, but most people take the time to run you trough things so you can work more efficiently
With ups and downs, but generally very buys!
Got the chance to communicate directly with clients in my first rotation, and take care of part of the process. They are happy to give you responsibility wherever possible, which is extremely rewareding
Extremely good skillset in terms of time management and communication
The Company
Depends on the team, but generally very good yet professional
Apart from some initial tech problems, very well organised and streamlined process.
1 week of dedicated training + follow ups during the actual internship. People are also available to sit down and run you through new assignments if you are not familiar with the topic/system being used
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
TBD, but generally a good conversion
The Culture
OK, more events would have been a plus, to get to know the class even better
Central London so generally very expensive
Limited
Volunteering projects available, otherwise unsure
