  • Looking back the level of growth and knowledge I gained made the experience enjoyable and worth it. It was a stretch at the beginning, but the more I got into it the easier it became

  • Not every rotation was the same. I felt more valued in some rotations than in others; in some cases I was valued more as a human being while in others, I was valued more as a professional

  • My managers were absolutely amazing, supportive and willing to have catch-ups and hands on teaching to help my growth. There was also constant feedbacks, lunches, etc

  • There was always something to work on and something to learn

  • We were given projects, but were also encouraged to take initiative and find ways to add value to the team

  • We were able to bond with each other and have made friends for life

  • Comparatively quite expensive seeing as it was set in a financial center

  • There were always places to meet up after work to unwind

  • The bank was big on having a work life balance and the culture pushed interns to actually find extra curricular activities they could also talk about
