  • The general atmosphere was very enjoyable with people always having a smile on their face. It seemed to me that everyone relatively enjoyed coming to work and that lended to an atmosphere I enjoyed daily. Whilst I only spent time mainly on my floor it seemed like other floors were the same.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The overall placement was set up incredibly well. Willis Towers Watson put a lot of thought into us. They organised many socials, as well as volunteering days to give back to those less fortunate. We also had a specific 2 day induction to allow us to settle in seamlessly into the business.
