    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • There was a good social scene amongst those who worked in my office, and we all had lunch together and went out for drinks after work.

    4/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • As an unpaid intern, commuting 1 3/4hrs in and out every day I didn't have much time or money for socialising. London is an expensive place when you have no money but for those living in London it was easier.

  • There was quite a few nice bars around, and its only a 15min walk down to Oxford Street, 20mins to Soho and Camden.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • I volunteered at the Bobby Moore Sports Ball and street collecting for BCAM
