The Role
I worked with different teams across my six weeks, all of which were supportful and more than happy to help. I also had a really good relationship with my career coach who helped me throughout the process.
I sometimes had to be proactive and ask for work but I was never bored. When it was quiet, I completed additional trainings.
I was surprised by how much responsibility I was given in such a short time. For example, I got to contact the client directly and represented PwC and my team in the process.
I completed Value at Risk testing which is a component that features in my degree. I have also developed my excel and interpersonal skills, as well as many others.
The Company
The office was really welcoming. It's modern and open-planned, and the people are really friendly.
It was really organised. We had an induction training down south which was good fun. It was a combination of team building and an introduction to the basics of accounting,
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
The Culture
We had a weekly intern social night.
