Working on mechanical improvements and maintenance on a production line

Very much. I throughly enjoyed my placement with Tata Steel in Trostre, they really made me feel like one of the team.

A real family vibe

Very organised within my division, but not necessarily by central HR.

I was able to visit customer plants and go to a very informative and inspiring symposium in the Netherlands.

Very.

Not entirely, but that was due to the small nature of the site that I worked at.
