Good variety of work and flexibility regarding which practice group's work I want to attempt. The team actively sought to get me involved in work as well as other activities. Constructive feedback always provided.

Always thanked got completing a piece of work and told of how any ongoing deals or pieces of work would progress.

Guidance and support was always there if and when I wanted it. Independence and taking responsibility were encouraged for my own benefit but the help was always there when needed.
