The vacation scheme was the ONLY way to help me understand the company culture.

All it takes is to send an internal email to anyone you wished to talked to at the firm. Every single person I emailed replied and was happy to meet up for a coffee.

I attended an LGBT+ network event held at the firm's auditorium. It was a film night and drinks reception with other companies and law firms.
