  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Loved it, so much exposure to different areas of work and perfect for a 1 year industrial placement to gain as much knowledge of different areas as possible.

  • Working in small teams means you work closely with others and all rely on eachother to succeed

  • Managers and higher management were extremely helpful and i felt there were no barriers to be able to talk to anyone because of their positions

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very busy day to day job and longer hours than a standard 9-5 job but the time goes so quickly because of how busy you are. Plenty of fun and friendly people around make it pleasant.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • A lot. Which is what you want from a placement to gain as much experience and real life skills as possible.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • More than anything else it has helped my people skills so much. Being able to problem solve and deal with difficult situations which is arguably one of the most important skills to have.

  • Vibrant and filled with fun and enthusiastic people.

  • Very organised and clear goals to achieve throughout your placement so you always know where you are and where you need to be.

  • Regular performance reviews and training helped me reach my goals and develop my skills throughout the year.

  • Very appealing now I have completed my placement and I feel ahead of the game to be able to return and get promoted as quickly as possible.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • To work at Enterprise you need to be an enthusiastic person therefore everyone I work with was outgoing especially my fellow trainees.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Cost is average. I lived in the student area of Reading Uni which is obviously student prices which was good.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Reading is a good town to be in with plenty of restaurants and bars for after work.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Played 5 a side football with my area of branches which was good fun.
