The Role
I really enjoyed my role, the team I worked with was amazing always giving different experiences and so much expose to different areas in the business which really set me up to get a grad job.
My team really valued me, understood my strengths and relied on me. They also understood my weaknesses and build on these.
My manager was amazing, always helping and although she was really busy always had time for a coffee if I needed a chat. She gave me opportunities that I never thought I’d get including working with the CEO &CFO
It was a good amount of busy, some times of the month was quieter than others.
I was given as much responsibility as I wanted really, if I felt comfortable doing it I could.
VWFS really embrace trying to build on your skills through workshops and in my team we did team building and other activities.
The Company
Nice out team really got on
At the start it was really unorganised in my team, but as soon as I switched teams to a manger that had been there for ages she knew exactly what to do
VWFS really invest in training all their colleagues not just placement students

I got a grad scheme at their sister coming VW group. VWFS grad scheme has only been running for one year
The Culture
I made really good mates and we had a good social as a team and undergrads
I thought it was reasonable
Nightlife in MK is dull but close to London
I didn’t do any but the boys played football
