  • Enjoyable but bad location

  • Very Valuable. Completed important work released to large companies.

  • Help available when asked for but initial training was poor

  • busier towards the end of the placement when I was more useful.

  • Completed important work released to large companies

  • Useful for a job in software development perhaps less so for an engineer

  • Very posititve. No blame culture and very supportive colleageues.

  • The intial training was poor. But afterwards you are treated as a normal employee.

  • Large allocation of time for personal development and interns were also taken on business trips. ie to Lyon France

  • Small sized company so fewer positions

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • 4 fellow interns all very nice.

  • Northampton is an unlively city for a student making it difficult to do fun activities outside of work.

  • There are clubs in Northampton if you are desperate.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • There are opportunities if you look hard. Milton Keynes is nearby and has good activities ie Rock Climbing and water sports.
