    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The atmosphere is overall good amongst the intern group. However, I did struggle with fact that our team was not given a designated workspace in the Southbank. I was sitting with other teams and therefore the office sometime could feel over full.

    3/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The Foundation has organised very well the placement. We had contact with our Early Professionals Manager throughout the year. I believe that there could be organised more days/events that would bring the interns together. For example a CSR day would be beneficial.

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I had one day of Inductions, as I started at a later date. I did have access to a lot of eLearning and online resources to develop. However, I did not attend any in class training or more personalised training.
