About You
I really enjoyed the Spring Insight. It gave me hands on experience right from the beginning, with a global overview of what working within UBS is.
Following this spring week and networkings events, I had the feeling that interns within UBS are entrusted with real responsibilities and full support from the respective team.
With the networking events, I had a lot of opportunities for personal and professional growth with great exposure to live deals and diverse range of assignments.
We met people from various backgrounds, passionate about what they are doing, about their job and working environment, what really makes me willing to continue working within the banking industry. Especially, it confirms my choice to work in CCS as we had great insights of what the daily missions are.
The Company
Well structured, good opportunity to network and see all divisions. I think more days would have been great and also shadowing moments.
Really liked the HR team and all the others springs interns coming from different countries and with different backgrounds. Great opportunity to expand our network.
