Spring Insight Program Review

Fantastic program. One of the best weeks of my life, in terms of learning and exposure to real-life business related situations. Moreover, all the workers and the interns were extremely enthusiastics and supportive.

The best thing about the Spring Insight Program was the fact that as an intern you felt valued at all times like any other employee. The workers always tried their best to give interns a hand and foster their knowledge.

HR was available at all times which is good. From the desk part, more guidance could have been provided, however, everything was made to foster our capacities so as to gain a deep understanding of what the role entails.

Throughout the entire program,you gain know-how and skills absolutely necessary for any job or life situation that you may encounter in the future. The insights provided by employees are priceless and certainly contributed to the overall success of the week and the program.

Well structured. A lot of time was spent on the desk to foster the learning and the "hands-on" approach. However, I'd have liked as well presentations from other divisions to gain more insight and a wider overview of the different divisions.

Fantastic! HR, divisional employees and the interns themselves contributed to create a friendly and professional atmosphere in which doubts and questions could be asked at all times, knowing that the other party would be willing to help you.
