About You
It taught us exactly what we need to know about the different services J.P Morgan can offer i.e IB, S&T and Asset Management. The interactive sessions also allowed us to directly apply our knowledge and also to find out which area we would most likely be more suited for.
It was great as the people who organised the Spring Week did a brilliant job in that they organised it well and were very open to questions and helping us out. This is very similar to the employees I met whilst I was there.
A lot of guidance as they had very clear sessions covering areas that JP Morgan has.
The Spring Week has definitely assisted me in deciding what to do for a career (at least for the summer internship) which is IB.
The Company
It was very well structured - there were regular breaks yet the days were very packed so that there were no moments where we did not learn something new.
The atmosphere was great - people were nice and helpful!
