  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Overall, it was a great program. I learned a lot about the field and about Citi. I came with an open mind and few expectations, left with a strong desire to launch my career at Citi.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • People were very nice and wanted to explain their work. Felt somewhat of a burden sometimes, but I got over it. It was helpful to share experiences with other interns.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • Spotless. The HR team made sure I felt comfortable, welcome and seen. Couldn't have asked for better support. Special thanks to Pilar and Nova for the encouragement during AC.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well structured. Case was perfectly timed. More scheduled time would've been helpful.

    • I loved interacting with the team and the interns. I had a great time and I truly truly hope I will get to return in the summer.

    • Sittning at the desk listening to the conversations taking place was a great way of getting a sense of the atmosphere of the company and its culture.

    • I'm seriously considering Pursuing a career in banking having experienced Spring week at Citi. I got a thorough sense of the tasks and methodology and it seems right up my alley.
