Its a nice bank because it gives enough support to its staff including career development skills and pays its employees in time, we get medical insurance ,free airtime and rewards are normally given to best performers at the end of the month as away of motivating other colleagues to perform. We always have someone to help with questions in which we may not have the answers right away in order to assist with the right information for the customer. The workplace is very manageable for you to help the customers. I was able to learn a lot about the functions of the business and how it operates on a daily basis. I was greeted by my mentor who inteoduced me to the rest of the team. I was given a tour of the workplace in order to familiarise myself with the surroundings as well as a runover the health and safety. I was then assigned a role which would vary based om how quickly i was able to understand and execute the tasks.
