The Role
The placement gave a great insight into air separation and cryogenic technology.
The colleagues at Air Products were great, supportive and a pleasure to work with.
Management was excellent, providing support when required and shedding insight to the company.
More technical work would have improved development during this placement.
I was given several important tasks, allowing me to get involved with operations.
The safety and operational learnings were a great lesson to take to university as it gave me an industrial perspective of implemented concepts.
The Company
The colleagues were great, with little tension and a friendly environment.
There was a comprehensive induction and training package upon starting the placement.
The firm allowed for travel to various sites, work on various projects and extensive training.

Air Products is a great company to work for, particularly as a graduate.
The Culture
I was not placed with any fellow students or graduates.
The location was affordable, with the cost of going out manageable with the pay.
The night life was okay, not the best not the worst.
There were no activities with the company outwith the work place.
