The Role
My internship was varied and interesting. There was many different training courses and tours that meant there was a big emphasis on personal development which is great.
Great team - everyone is truly valued for the contribution they make
Regular meetings with my manager which allowed me to focus on areas that I was really interested in and manage my work load.
The more you ask for work and prove yourself the more people trust you to be able to deliver - not treated as a typical intern. It was really varied work.
The Company
Really enjoyable - everyone gets along well and people enjoy spending time with each other and having a laugh.
Lots of opportunities to show yourself and progress with training.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Lots of opportunities
The Culture
A bit far out of London to be really social but good team lunches and general atmoshphere
Varied - lots of people commute from far but for London it isn't badly priced.
Easy journey into Paddington to get to central but specifically around Heathrow very limited.
