    • I thoroughly enjoyed my placement.

    • I felt valued and had a reasonable level of trust.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • Had a good induction and support from my manager throughout the year. Being thrown in the deep end a few times definitely helped in hind sight also.

    • Good balance. Some days very busy and other days not so much.

    • I felt valued and had a reasonable level of responsibility which grew and grew throughout the year.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Massively developed a wide range of personal and professional skills which directly flowed into my work ethic and attitude for my final year of Uni. Ultimately though, they benefited mostly in gaining a graduate job back in the company.
