  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Great work experience, I was included in a number of activities and made responsible for my own projects.

    • People at Bloomberg are amazing, they are collaborative, nice, and pleasant to work with.

    • I have praised my manager, Charles, to everyone who has asked me. He put an erxtrav effort in my personal development and the progressing of my internship.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • I had ongoing projects throughout all my internship. I was also encouraged to go out and keep myself busy, to use my free time to explore other areas and teams in the company.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I was in charge of a calling campaign and along with another intern. Moreover we were given time to work on a research project and presented it to several team meetings.

    • It has given me a more realistic point of view of the buyside and sellside sector in the finance world.

    • The people I interacted with across the different departments were all interesting and enjoying their roles.

    • the horizontal structure and future prospects are great, you can change your work life entirely within the same firm. People can also move up very quickly.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Employees have a great social scene. Meeting up also after work hours.

    • London is expensive but we had had time and money to do enjoy ourselves.

    • Nightlife is fun
