  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • DLA Piper is extremely proud of its company culture and tries hard to distinguish itself from other city law firms. DLA Piper are a firm that have prided themselves on being forward thinking and progressive in what is a fairly conservative sector, and this really shone through. There is a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusiveness within the firm and this vacation scheme allowed me to appreciate the unique culture first hand.
