I help customers in store everyday
Was ok, could do with more work and having more fun around other people. We need to keep it fun in order to get more people to go in the future which would make it more fun and mean that it would be more enjoyable for everyone and thats what we need.
I felt quite valued, would be better to feel more valued if it had been more fun. Lidl is a good company so they try to make you feel welcome and that is good because it makes you feel like they want you there which is what you want to do.
Some guidance was given, allowed to answer questions and we were given a contact number of people to help us find our way around if we need it. we were given email addresses for future contact if we need support and phone numbers to help us out if we need it.
it helped me quite a bit, I used a lot of team skills and other skills. I used a lot of communication skills to help me out and I learned more about how good they are when you are working in lidl and how they can be used every single day
the day was well organised and it helped me feel more comfortable because we all knew what we needed to do which is always good and that meant that the day went quicker and we all had fun. that was the most important thing and because it was organised we did have fun
the atmosphere was friendly and I enjoyed it. they try to make you feel welcome by offering lots of support and I really appreciate all the support they gave us. it was really fun and they tried to make it so that everyone had a good time and learned a lot
the company invested a lot of time to train us to be approachable for the customers and offer support. they taught us a lot about how to handle different people and that was very important. they also invested money by paying for our travel expenses which was very nice of them to do
they explained all the day to day roles of working at the company and it was nice to see that they looked to tell people all about what they will be doing. it was good to see how you could apply and how to apply and how to interview better
they taught us all about the values of the company and how important the decisions we make have on them. they taught us the key values and what they mean for employees and customers. it is really important to learn about how the company operates to be a better employee.
it allowed me to decide that I want to work at lidl and that this was a good experience because of that. I had a lot of fun and I can't wait to go back and start working. this was great for me because I wasn't sure if I wanted to work there before.
all of my travel costs were reimbursed which was really nice of the company and I really appreciate what they did for us. it was clear that they wanted us to feel valued and that makes me want to work for the company even more because it is clear they care
