The Role
Felt reallly comfortable in the placement and would recommend to anyone wanting to do a placement
I got on really well with my colleagues and they made sure that I felt a part of the team
Couldn’t of asked for a better management team, they made sure I got as much out of this year as possible
I felt I had an important role and with any job you have busier periods and quieter ones but I managed to keep myself busy as well as work from the staff to keep me busy
I was placed with the responsibility of looking after subcontractors which was a big responsibility seeing as I managed them from their payments to the work that they did
While I was on placement I stil had work to do for uni, if helped in understanding in a visual way
The Company
I loved the team I had and the office where we were based was really nice and the atmosphere was professional but always light hearted
Being new there was a lot to do the first couple of weeks but everything seemed to be smooth and all the staff helped out as much as possible
I was always being told to do lots of training and to go to as many meetings and activities in order to further my knowledge and skills
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
The graduate scheme really appeals to me and I know the company is well defined and looks after their staff well
The Culture
We went on good nights ou together, there could have maybe been more casual activities or team building activities
I lived at home so cost of living was brilliant and ultimately saved me money especially going back to uni in the last year
I am used to the area so I know the nightlife very well
Again I live in the area but maybe more chance for activities with work
