The Role
Gave a good overview of the financial industry, but too little work to be stimulating.
Certainly valued and included
Good advice but not enough work really given despite asking for it
Not very busy - often did university work
Not very much - perhaps this was to be expected on a short summer internship
It's given me some corporate skills and improved my ability to work with colleagues, though I'm not sure whether this is very applicable to much of my degree
The Company
Very good generally everyone was positive and happy to help when asked.
Quite well organised the induction days were useful and we were always kept abreast of any necessary information
Quite a lot of sessions put on to improve skills
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Public sector probably isn't for me
The Culture
Great - met a good bunch of people
Quite expensive
Not very much
A few clubs and social events
