  • never enough work as placement position was ending at the termination of my contract due to budget cuts.

  • only from my proactiveness of finding work to pass the time.

  • the company could not provide benefits, so I searched for the opportunities to learn by myself.

  • unsociable, everyone scared of manager, so generally told him what he wanted to hear even if untrue. no budget for any team days out in comparison to all other departments. very dull.
