The Role
It's been really good. My project has been super challenging but fun and everyone's been very supportive. Plus the campus is nice, there's always free stuff going on so you get random samples all the time.
Highly valued. My team is really friendly and interested in my work which reflects that it's really making a difference and matters which is cool.
My manager has been really good, very supportive. Plus I've had regular meetings with the different team heads for them to learn more and offer guidance.
Very busy. Still able to have a couple of days when I've been tired to chill at work more but generally had a lot to do and the motivation to do it.
A lot, it's a lot of setting your own guidelines and making your own plans with the support of your manager.
It's very helpful. I never learned to code before but I had a few weeks set training when I started which has been really useful data analytics that I never thought I'd get paid to learn.
The Company
Very positive and friendly. Everyone is always happy to help you out when you need it.
Very well organised. Everyone arrived at the same point and was taken through things at the same stage. In our department we had regular check ups.
A lot. We had a few weeks at the start to get acquainted with everything and learn how to use SQL, a coding language, which was very cool.

Very appealing, you meet a lot of other employees so get to know what their jobs are and how they work and how well you could do it.
The Culture
Not wild, it's difficult as the office is out of London so a lot of socials were split between Welwyn-Garden-City and London.
Living is relatively expensive in Welwyn but socialising isnt much. Most socials invovle the pub which has pretty standard pricing.
Non existant, but socials ended in London so if you wanted to go clubbing you could just hop on the train.
Nothing too crazy but when the team was doing something you were always invited along.
