Very well structured training programme; on-going support from recruiters; good work-life balance compared to competitors

Quite often. Staffer checked in constantly to make sure I am doing ok. Worked with senior bankers in some situations and were provided with feedbacks.

Yes, we are all very close to and friendly with each other

London is expensive but Canary wharf is ok.

No night life. Have to travel 45 min - 1 hour to Central London.
