  • Initially due to there being a few people on work experience within my team which is only small, I felt as though I couldn't not show my skills to my team in the most effective way. However, when given a chance I was able to demonstrate to my team that I can work to a high level which then allowed me to feel valued by my team

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • It varied on a day to day basis. When I first started I was not given many tasks however I feel that this might be due to the volume of people on work experience within my team. However when I raised this as an issue or not having much work to be getting on with I was given more work and on a day to day I was busier. Additionally when I worked within other departments with no one else on work experience I was given many tasks and was busier.
