  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • When I had asked for more responsibilities and tasks, my Task Manager actively tried to find tasks and increased my responsibilities in areas I enjoyed.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • My placement started off a bit quiet but I asked for more responsibilities that which then increased my daily schedule. There are also 'givebacks' you can participate in which you can use for networking, to gain feedback and increase your responsibliities.

    5/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • As an intern, you are able to 'skip' the assessment centre stage of the graduate application process and having worked with the company, you are able to access a lot of resources as well as attend workshops/career events to provide you with more information as to what the hiring managers are looking for. You are not guaranteed a role and still have to fill out an application form. Your time at the placement is used to assess how suitable you are.
