a lot- amazing people and a lot of exposure .
great culture and never felt like i was looked at as an intern as i has a lot of exposure and responsibity
1:1 ever 2 weeks
However a lot of change so had various managers. Took a while to get up on my feel with managers.
I was able to make my own project and direct it in the way i wanted to- which included a lot of exposure to presenting, reporting, analysis and customer meetings
routine i have managed
originality and the phase of work will all help me.
Working with multiple stakeholder groups
young team with a great intern culture
A part from organisational change it was great
They gave me the space and resource to develop my own skills and projects
I would advise to always say yes to get involved with as much as you can and follow your own gut (which helped me get involved with so much)
Cheaper than uni but still not cheap
not great but near good places- depends on the people you make friends with.
