    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I came from working at a restaurant so to have my weekends was great, yes - the hours are long but I loved my placement year. I had fun with my colleagues, met some great friends and am looking forward to coming back after Uni as an Assistant Manager - with a very competitive salary for a graduate. Enterprise offer great progression if you work hard.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt very much valued - as enterprise hire all throughout the year you get the opportunity to train other people that are coming into the business and that makes you feel valued as you can see that you are directly adding value to the business by training others.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Management were really good at helping you with anything you need - the days do get very busy so you might not think that you get all the attention you need all of the time, just because there is so much to fit into every day.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The atmosphere in the office was fun and friendly - we all got on very well and knew when it was appropriate to have a laugh. We are all friends outside of work.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was organized very well - through the placement office at my uni to how enterprise manage new hires. I felt like I was in a professional internship from start to finish.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company definitely invest in you but you need to show that you are willing to work hard and be the best employee you can be - otherwise you won't get the maximum you can get out of the business.
