  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement year. My role has allowed me to get involved in a vast range of tasks which has really increased my skills and knowledge.

    • I felt very valued by my colleagues, my team were welcoming right from the beginning of my placement.

    • Throughout the year I have been given a lot of responsibility including the opportunity to run and manage a week long event for the business

    • The skills and knowledge that I have developed throughout my placement year will be invaluable in my final year at university and really benefit me when applying for graduate jobs

    • There was always a positive atmosphere in the office

    • The placement was really well organised. The Undergraduates attended monthly Life Skills which were useful

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The company offered a lot of support. As well as the Life Skills that the Undergraduates attended, there were opportunities to attend courses such as Powerful Presentations.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

    • There are opportunities within the business for future employment however the Graduate Scheme is only running once every two years therefore there wouldn't be an intake next year.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • There are 27 undergraduates within the business who all get on really well and there is always something going on at weekends.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • The cost of rent wasn't any higher than where I go to university in the north.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?

    • There are a lot of bars in the centre of Milton Keynes as well as a couple of clubs which are usually busy
