Spring Intern Review

Great insight overall. I attended a series of informative presentations regarding the firm's different functions - these included: Debt & Restructuring Advisory, Wealth Management & Trust and Global Financial Advisory. Aside from the presentations, there were also ample opportunities to network with current employees.

All the Analysts / HR staff that I had cross come across during the insight programme were very willing to help and answer any questions that I had. I felt valued in that respect.

There was a lot of guidance / support in hand all throughout the programme. The HR staff were always present to cater to our needs.

I found evaluating the viability of a potential merger / acquisition particularly rewarding. Working in groups of 6 - we were required to present our findings to a panel of Directors at the end of the week.

The insight programme was well organised - there were a lot of events to attend. All worthwhile! We were provided with a diary which briefly outlined the schedule for each day of the programme. As aforementioned - the HR staff were also present to answer any questions.

It was a pleasure to have attended the insight programme as the atmosphere was great all throughout.

Rothschild provided a training session during the insight programme which was both engaging and informative. I found it helpful - it served as a useful supplement to the project that we had been set.
