    3/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very busy every day, never a quiet moment with ERAC. This does mean that days go very quickly whilst at work

    2/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • You are able to be acting manager within a short amount of time if you hit the right criteria and they feel that you are ready. You do also have to make snap decisions and accept responsibility for all actions, this can be quite a lot but makes you feel trusted

    2/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • It has hugely helped with my confidence, this will inevitably help me in the future. I have also gained more communication skills as it is essential to the running of any business. The proximity to management has also made me feel comfortable giving my opinion/speaking up at times where previously I may not have. They encourage you to come up with ideas and pitch in with conversations.

    3/5
