    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I loved the fast-paced and changing environment of enterprise. No two days are ever the same and your plans will change minute to minute!

    3/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • From day one, you will be warmly welcomed and encouraged by everyone you meet. Your branch colleagues become like family as well as the occasional agony aunts. And there is no great divide between those who have been there longest etc, everyone is treated the same and all opinions and ideas are equally valued.

    3/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Day or night (literally), your manager, as well as all managers in your area, will be on call to help wherever they can!

    3/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very busy but you are always given support on how to manage your time and always offered the opportunity to take time out if there is something you need to finish. Even if its nothing to do with work!

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • We started with the exact same level of responsibility as any other graduate trainee and slowly, with lots of support and coaching, you will get the opportunity to run the day at least once whilst on placement.

    3/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The most obvious and important skills was working as part of a team, learning the importance of communication not just with customers but with people in your team. Additionally time management, because your jobs will affect how others work, and how the customers will perceive the service.

    3/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • We try not to take ourselves too seriously and everyone's encouraged to be social inside and outside of work

    3/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Very well in terms of giving us plenty of responsibility, support, opportunity and keeping us on track with goals to reach before the end of the year

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • A lot of time was dedicated in the beginning and then every few months or so to attend training classes. I felt that I could always reach out to my manager or the development team at any point and really felt that they were encouraging in helping me meet my goals, and solve

    3/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Financial Bonus

    3/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

    3/5
