The Role
it was a very good experience, where I got along with the people I worked with and I was guided well through out the experience. it was serious but very fun at the same time and it was great to get to know new people. I would say it was the best job ever
despite not knowing anyone when I started, every one was so welcoming and friendly. I got quickly accepted into the family and they were all so nice. they were also very honest about my work, and they gave honest feedback or instruction or ways to improve my work for the future
I felt like I was given sufficient support throughout my time there. I had regular meetings with management and reviews to assess my progress. it was all good, except, some support through verbal instruction could be hard to follow if not written down, say if you forget the advice.
there was always something to do, or something to perfect. never too much to do or too less to do, but a good balance of stuff to do. there was lots opportunity to use initiative on what to do, which was good for my independence whilst working there for the first time.
it was difficult to give a huge amount of responsibility to me as It is usually managers with all the power and responsibility is shared out between staff below them. which was ok but would have been nice to have more responsibilities, or maybe someone to train or look out for
I learnt so much from time there, I can now get a jist of how the company is ran and managed, which I can take on board. I have new skills that are transferrable to most companies and will help me improve their ways of working also, by positive feedback
The Company
very friendly, very fun, great environment for people to work in, everyone made me feel extremely welcome within the first couple of days. many events took place to get to know one and another, which helped me join in with fun with in the office
never had any problems with the organisation, I always knew what I was doing, they always knew what I was doing and who would be doing it with me or training me, they were never late or messed me around during my time there. the whole office was set up well also
they provided lots of extra training and lots of extra opportunities to grow and learn from the company. it was all optional, so you weren't forced into it but I was excited to take it all on, as I had heard good stories from the co workers about their experiences

I was offered a job after my studies, they treated me very well with opportunities to grow and expand as a person. so I decided to take it. it has made me relaxed within myself to know that I can now concentrate on my studies and not have to look for a job at the same time.
The Culture
half and half for this one, as I was the only placement one, so it could be easy to feel not in the group. the colleagues were very good at noticing this though and involving me, they had a good social circle with many outings I could get myself involved with.
regular kind of cost I was used to, nothing too expensive, nothing too cheap.
I took full advantage of the nightlife I was surrounded by. my colleagues also encouraged me to go to as many places and events as possible, so I did. it was easy to make friends and I also felt secure in these places and situations. I loved every moment I spent out.
in a busy place it was easy to get involved with all the things happening. work encouraged us to do as much as we could, especially together so we could team build to have a better relationship inside of work as well as outside. loads to do all the time
