The Role
10/10-I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year with Enterprise Rent A Car. I gained various new skills and knowledge with the year placement. They really encouraged me as an intern to succeed and progress Now I feel I am a strong employee who can succeed anything if I put my mind to it.
10/10-I felt extremely valued by my colleagues. They congratulated me on all my successes and always thanked me for all my commitment and hard work throughout my time.
10/10- I was given brilliant support by my management/ I had a team leader that helped me with all my training and the managers helped if I ever needed guidance or support throughout the year.
10/10-I was busy on a daily basis-which helped time go quick and me feel like I was a great attribute to the team.
I was given a fair level of responsibility and was encouraged to have responsibility by the team which made me feel like I was a great attribute to the team and not just an intern.
10/10 -The skills I developed and training received really assisted me in my degree studies and beyond. The reason being I now have new skills to help me progress and think of new ideas when at work. Secondly, I understand in more depth the detail and effort that needs to be put in to succeed in the field of work I want to progress into.
The Company
10/10-Always a great atmosphere. The year went quick and smoothly as a result

10/10-They invested greatly in all their interns and helped progress them to feel like managers not just interns.
