About You
I enjoyed the insight a lot although to be honest there were some stressful moments. Recruiters were super nice and sincere and really made sure we enjoyed. Also, the speakers were amazing. And the networking sessions were super well organized. Additionally, it was amazing getting to know the culture of GS. The best part of the internship was the people. Everyone was really nice (no freaks or weird people) and kind. It was also great to feel like a GS employee for 2 weeks. I did not enjoy the fact that we were filmed all day by 3 cameras. It was really stressful knowing that everything was recorded, not because my behavior would have changed but I felt it was just unnecessary pressure.
The value was more for ourselves than for GS (we did not really worked in something for them) because we worked in amazingly interesting case studies that helped us built financial skills.
This was a key highlight. There was a huge support network for all of us. We had 2 or more buddies each of us, some VPs in charge, the recruiters, the Program Captains...
I have learned enormously. We had some vendor training which was super helpful. We also had the case studies which were amazingly challenging and interesting and I learned a great deal.
The Company
Super well structured.
Amazingly kind, nice, diverse and respectful.
