  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • We received lots of guidance and support over the three days. There was time at the end of each session where we were asked if we had any questions, and each question was always given a thoughtful and in depth answer. Any requests (e.g vegan/gluten free meals), worries, or questions were always taken care of with ease.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • As someone from a non-programming background, I learned lots of programming skills from only three days. The coding challenges gave me good experience in coding which I would not have previously had. I also learned a lot about how an Agile team works from work shadowing. I learned networking skills from various socials and lunches.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The program was very well structured and it was clear that the graduate recruitment team spent a lot of time planning the events so that they went seamlessly. Everything was on a strict time schedule and nothing ran over time, but there was always plenty of time for a break and to grab a coffee etc.

  • I thought the general atmosphere at the insight was great. The culture of the office is very relaxing and chill. Even senior staff at networking events made me feel very welcome.
