    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I really much enjoyed the insight. The best thing for me was meeting and networking with like-minded individuals being in such an outstanding firm. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and I always felt welcomed and supported during the programme. Employees throughout the firm were also very kind and nice to us.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt extremely valued during my time at JP Morgan Chase. The staff organized really challenging networking opportunities and networking sessions. Also, graduates and analysts at panels really treated us with respect and answered even the most immediate questions we had. The group exercise and mock assessment were also really challenging.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • I felt very much supported during my time at the firm. The three members of staff which were always with us were really kind to us and at disposal for whatever we needed. The programme was really much oriented towards us making the most out of it and I would say the mission was accomplished.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I believe problem solving and networking skills will for sure be something I can transfer to my studies or to my potential career, not only in investment banking. Also, the financial overview I got in three days was extremely deep and complete, which is something extremely valuable to know in the future and now.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The insight was exceptionally well structured. At the beginning we had the chance to get to know each other better, with a social event as well. After, we got to explore the firm in a very complete way: going from graduates' perspectives to long time employees' ones. We got a very broad interview of the firm.

    5/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • The atmosphere during the insight was extremely demanding and exciting. All the candidates were really high level and from completely different backgrounds, making it more engaging and interesting. Also, everyone was engaged and we ended up feeling like a team at the end of the day: I think that was pretty impressive.
