  • The programme was well arranged covering a wide variety of aspects within the company. • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • We received lots of guidance regarding applications specific to BP, however sometimes the programme leaders spoke in general terms which weren't direct to their company. This meant that we didn't receive a specific insight at times into what BP wanted to look for in employees specifically in order to gain an advantage over other potential applicants who had not attended the insight day.

  • As the company had applicants in the few 100's and only around 20 students were accepted.
