  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I felt that maybe it would have been better if we were informed about the person we were going to shadow a day before the shadowing.

    • Quite valued. As a spring intern I had some hands on which was quite good

    • A lot of insight over the week across different functions, employees were really patient when explaining to us their roles

    • A lot of practice in public speaking which would definitely be helpful in the future

    • The program ran really smoothly but would be good if we had breakfasts :(

    • The culture in the bank was really good, people were really nice, I really enjoyed it overall

    • Invested a lot of Human Resources in the organization of the problem ensuring we each got to meet many people across the business

    • The work shadowing across 2 functions was particularly helpful in showing what working in the role will be like

    • Meeting so many people really helped us to understand what the culture in the bank would be like

    • The insight sessions were particularly helpful and there were more than enough networking sessions for us

    • One of the few banks that paid for a spring insight week

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Plenty of opportunities but I was hoping for the networking sessions to be more free and easy

    • Sufficient drinks and food were provided which was really nice

    • Every employee more or less shared with us about their personal interests outside of work
